Gym and Room Reservation Form

Please fill out the information below and allow 3-5 business days for a response from the church office. Due to consideration for our office staff, same day request will not be processed.  Please note, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel reservations due to ministry needs.

REQUIREMENTS
  • You must be a member of Saylorville Church to reserve a room or the gym.
  • The member reserving the room MUST be on site for the entirety of the event.
  • Equipment and furniture in rooms MUST be returned as they were found.

RESTRICTIONS
  • Due to Saylorville Students, Wednesday nights are unavailable during the school year.
  • Gym availability on Sunday will vary based on Sunday night ministry events.
  • A 2-hour time limit may be enforced for all reservations.
